Goose proved they are second only to the Good Earth, who is second only to Claddagh, in this league's regular season rankings, by beating Connor's in unimpressive fashion on Sunday.
One might have expected more from a team with two guys named Ciaran, but then again, it could be that Connor's is more powerful than anyone imagined, and will be a sleeper in the July tournament. Only time will tell...
Until then, Goose can take solace in the fact that they beat the pants off of Flynn's.
