On Sunday, Indy Hurling visited Chicago for its first travel match of the 2009 season.  As usual, the fields and hospitality greeting the team at Gaelic Park were sublime.  Indy brought a new look and some fresh faces to a well-played match, in which they succumbed to an inspired Chicago Cusack's club.

June 13th was a long awaited and much anticipated game day for those on the rivaling Connor’s and Brockway Public House teams.  After a heated match in the teams’ first competition, Connor’s planned to reestablish their place as victors.  Knowing that it would take more than just pure skill and heart to win this match, Connor’s tried to outwit Brockway by spreading rumors of absent key players and floating team emails to the Brockway players by “accident.”   It would take more than that to beat the Brockway team and Saturday’s game proved...
